The following sub-committees govern the development of specific focus areas of squash in Kenya:
Finance, fundraising and public relations
Mandate: To mobilize financial resources from the membership, partners and other stakeholders; to ensure prudent use of such finances through transparency and accountability; to ensure effective communication with the membership, media, partners and other stakeholders; to ensure sustainability.
Mandate: To tap talent through the Junior Coaching Project in schools and elsewhere; to ensure holding of junior competitions and other activities; to establish junior squads, and to generally oversee all activities of junior squash.
Competitions, Courts and Rankings
Mandate: To ensure the prudent use of courts countrywide for the strategic activities of the association; to oversee the running of all competitions; to ensure continuous updating and publishing of Ranking Lists; to undertake coaching, marking and referring courses.
Membership & Communication
Mandate: To maintain a Members’ Register; to ensure the maintenance of members’ benefits; to maintain a database of all information relating to data and communication; to ensure effective communication with the membership, partners and other stakeholders.
